Hello! I'm ready to be a loser!!!! After losing a bunch of weight and gaining it back over the years, I know it's got to go (again.) I have been logging in faithfully for almost a month now, and I've lost eight pounds so far. I'm hoping two pounds will go far, far, away this week so that I'll have lost ten pounds in a month.

My Goals:
Lose about 40 pounds.
Drink water and get myself up to eight cups a day.
Exercise five days a week for at least 30 minutes each time.
Run a 5K in March.
Run a Half-marathon this year.



My Program:
I am currently staying within the SP suggested range of calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. I am walking and running for cardio, and on the chilliest days here in New England, I use the Wii Fit FreeStep to get my cardio in.

Personal Information:
Married, 30-something, living with my husband, my ferret, and my greyhound.

Other Information:
I love the color green, dogs, walking/running, art, music, and being on the computer.

Hi BWOODS76,
I'm new to SP. I live in worcester area. I'm also a Vegetarian. Now that I'm keeping tract of what I eat, I see that I haven't been getting enough protein. Do you find this hard too?
