I was getting started on a weight loss program and found this wonderful website. How fun will this be, to be able to share along with others our progress. Great way to have support and encouragement. I have battled my weight all my life. My health is very poor right now because of fibromyalgia with not much hope from the doctors. But I am determined that I will be well. So I do know that this is one step in my progress. I know that with God's help I will succeed.

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 130 pounds over the next year or so.

I would like to be able to take a trip to Hawaii when I have reached my goal. I have always wanted to go.

Since my walking right now is difficult because of my fibromyalgia I would pray that that would improve and I would like to be able to do some distance walking.


My Program:
I am currently using the Herbalife Program. I have seen the vitamins the program offers in the shakes and supplements have improved my fibromyalgia. I also am trying to elimenate all white flour, processed foods, sugar and trying to eat more whole food meals. This to is making a difference in my pain level.



Personal Information:
I am from Boise, Idaho (located in Southern Idaho). I have three grown children and 7r grandchildren (which I dearly love). I enjoy making jewelery which I have recently been selling, and quilting

JUST DON''T DREAM IT--GOAL IT!!!
A dream is a vague whim or hope. "Someday I want to be thin" and "It sure would be nice to weigh less",and "I am not always going to be out of shape--someday I''ll get back in shape" are dreams. They may or may not come to pass. In most cases they are snippets of wishful thinging. A goal is something very specific that is set into a time frame and has a method for accfomplishing the goal attached to it.
