I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP!!!
**UPDATE APRIL 20, 2012**
Well this seems like a never ending journey for me. But I will not give up. This time my knee decided it wanted to give me problems right when I was progressing well. So, I had Arthroscopic knee surgery back in Dec. 2011 to repair my meniscus and clean the junk out of my knee. Did it help? Honestly, NO! It made matters worst. But I am determined to get things back to normal. Right now, I am undergoing 5 series of knee injection, which I should have ...

Right now, I am undergoing 5 series of knee injection, which I should have had in the first place, to see if it helps. I really hope so cause I am ready to continue this journey and shed those pounds.
I have been exercising and eating healthy for the past month and am glad to say I have shredded 12lbs. I will continue to do light exercises and continue eating healthy so I can lose more. I encourage anyone, who is going through medical issues or whatever, to never give up! Cause you can do it!
I will continue to post my progress.
**Update March 7th 2011***
I never made it to my goal weight of 167lbs, but I did managed to get my weight down from 227lbs to 188lbs. However, I got very comfortable once I had reached that weight and began eating all the wrong foods. On top of that, I had tried all kinds of diet supplements, which I believe contributed to my weight gain.
So from October 2009 weighing in at 188lbs, I've managed to gain ALL my weight back!
My advice to many is to never get too comfortable after you've gotten your weight down to some point, but to continue to follow your plan.
Don't let those vendors come up to you offering you products that they claim will make you lose weight fast. They will only hurt you in the end. Those supplements made me feel very tired after they wired me up. Therefore, I had stopped exercising and there came the weight.
I advise all to stick with SparkPeople and continue to calculate your progress and do everything natural. And by all means, continue to motivate each other!!! Losing weight is hard to take off, but so easy to put on. So with constant peer pressure to do the right thing, we can overcome this together.
So here I am again...trying to get this weight down for the millionth time. I did it once before and I am DETERMINED to do it again!!!
As Charlie Brown would say to Lucy, when trying to kick that football, "I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP!"
