To slim down for my HEALTH

I haven't always been like this. I had a ROCKIN body through my teens & early twenties.Then things changed, I got married & started many unhealthy habits. I've tried tons of diets & I have lost weight, I just REALLY struggle with consistency! I am feeling the effects of my being over weight in my physical & emotional well being. I am soooooo tired of the YO-YO weight losses!! I am here because I want to over come this obstacle & live a HEALTHY life!

If you have a problem with late night snacking you might want to rethink saving calories until end of day. I know for me it ends up taking me way over my calorie limit. I know for the last two days I was relaxed with my regular routine of eating every 2-3 hours and including protein with every meal. Plus to add to it TOM should be hear any day now.

Good luck on finding what works for you.
