Welcome to SP and the FMS team/teams. It's so nice you found your way here. Be sure and check out the topics: Spark America, Bio Feedback, RealAge and Chiropractic treatment for pain and sleep in the teams General Discussion forum page.There is a wealth of good info in there for those of us with this disease. Info that will really help. Stop in and visit our pages and get to know us better. Use your Spark Points page to help you use and learn all the great tools we have here and again, welcome to SP and the teams.

Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you go in and set up your exercise program, just remove all the ones you can't do, I had to remove all of them, and put in the ones you can do. I found that there are a dozen that my body can handle. Some of which are ones you do while in Physical Therapy. After you set up your exercises and heed the fact they don't want us exercising every day, go into your Spark Appointment Calendar and set it up for reminders. I really like this feature as it keeps me exercising regularly on the 3 days I'm supposed to. Until signing up for SA, I hadn't been exercising because I didn't check to see if there were any my body could handle. Make sure you set up days for Cardio so you can have access to all the other things we do that are exercise like house cleaning, playing with your kids, mowing the lawn, moving boxes, etc. You need to go in and go through the lists and put any you might do at any given time, into Favorites. Then all you have to do is go there and hit favorites and get them from the drop down box. You just enter in the time you did those activities. After you get your info and record it, it will tell you on the fitness page the calories you burned.
