I am 32, I am married to the most amazing and supportative husband a woman can dream of. I love to read, hike, try new things, and travel. I am believing that this is a year of fresh starts for me in many areas of my life with my weight management and lifestyle as one of them. Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
