Motivation IS needed for success.
My name is Lindsay. I have a lot of friends that tell me that I am not over weight, but I think I just hide it well. I have never been this big in my life, and I know what happened. Although I am some what active, I ate... and ate... and ate. I got a new job which let me eat what ever, and when ever I wanted. Even though I work in a Pharmacy, my boss would let me run to where ever we wanted to eat, and eat we did. So not moving for 9 hours a day aside from behind a counter, and ...
My name is Lindsay. I have a lot of friends that tell me that I am not over weight, but I think I just hide it well. I have never been this big in my life, and I know what happened. Although I am some what active, I ate... and ate... and ate. I got a new job which let me eat what ever, and when ever I wanted. Even though I work in a Pharmacy, my boss would let me run to where ever we wanted to eat, and eat we did. So not moving for 9 hours a day aside from behind a counter, and eating every chance we got, I eventually put on around 25 pounds and realized it once I saw myself with out clothes on, and worse.. when I went to put on pair of dress pants, and they didnt even come close to pulling up. I had never had that happen before. Well for 2013 I have come to realization that something NEEDS to happen. I found the green smoothie challenge, took it, and ran with it. Now that I have lost 6 lbs, I feel amazing. Not necessarily from the health that is coming along with it, but the overall feeling of success knowing that I am doing something right. That change is happening. That in itself is healthy. Even if its just mentally.

Goals... to loose about 5 lbs per week.. Actually run a mile :P Be a healthier person, especially for my husband. Have my first child! My Program:
Track my health with the help of this fantabulus website, then exercise exercise EXERCISE!!! Eat more veggies in place of junk food and carbs

Lindsay, married to my wonderful husband Josh I work as a pharmacy tech in a retail setting I want to look good in a bathing suit. lol I want to feel better than I do now, this includes about myself.
Other Information:
I would love to think of myself as beautiful. Right now I feel pretty, but not beautiful. I want to look at myself and be happy, not with a tummy droop... ewww...
