Going to keep trying till I get it right

Another year has come and gone and although I have had many accomplishments in my personal goals my health goals have continued to suffer.I now weigh more than when I originally became a member in 2010. Im going to continue on this journey till it's no longer a journey and just a natural way of living.

30:54 min. with a 10:08 pace

4th 5k :10/30/10 Runway 5 k
28:34 min. w/ 9:15 pace

Thunderroad Half Marathon 12/11/10 my goal is to run the half in 2:30 hours.
Done 2:29"45 11:26 min/mile pace.
