This will be MY year :)

Hmmmm...I started the year with good intentions. Unfortunately the year is now half over & I am no where near getting any of my fitness goals accomplished.

SO I am now vowing to make the second half of 2015 about getting healthy!!

Beginning of the year I wrote....

My main goal this year is to lose some of this extra dreaded weight that I've been carrying for way to long & to tone up.

My fitness goals for this year
- Run a 10km Race ...
