My Goals:
Sticking with it this time!!

Currently are Drink 8 glasses of water a day, stretching everyday and trying to journal everyday

My Program:
I am trying to walk 30 min every day and throw in some swimming and weight training 3-4 days a week.

Personal Information:
*I'm originally from the mid west and I moved to DC two years ago!!

*I was a dancer for 15 years and a baton twirler for 12

*I'm in grad school now and it's super hard but I LOVE IT!!

*I am so happy its almost spring time!! I LOVE being outside.

*I actually really like exercise, but I can't stand dieting!!

*I have a serious sweet tooth. My biggest weakness is cake!


Other Information:
*I use to be a runner and I'm hoping to start running again soon. If you're a runner, and you happen to find yourself in DC sometime, I highly suggest you take a good run through the National Zoo (which is free) and around the Tidal Basin. It's beautiful!!

Hey I came to your page to check up on you! Your doing great! Don't fret! I want to lose more weight too! But it seems I should be vigilant of my healthy ways, and at the same time throw out the dates I want to be thin by. As that makes me really impulive, annoyed, and there you go....give up :(

Hey there! I was just checking up on you! Man I think I would be super happy if I was at your weight! I hope you are doing well. I am stuck at 208 lbs now for 3 weeks. But I have to tell myself to "CALM DOWN!" lol...it has only been 24 days working out and tracking my food intake. I have lost 6 lbs and 2 inches off my waist. But you know I feel like I am giving up such nice food, and so sore everyday I deserve a bit more transformation lolzzzzz

Ok well I hope you are doing well! Just know your ticker is motivating me to not eat a slice of pizza in the conference room!

Hey there! I came across your page, and saw that you reside in my area, and have about the same goals. Your an inspiration of how far you have came along. I can't wait till I lose 15 pounds, I would be so proud of myself. I consistently give up, and again start off strong. Wanna be a spark buddy?

Maybe the accountability factor will keep me in check....
