Howdeeeee!

In 1995 from Jan. through Oct. I lost 75# on my own. I vowed then that I would NEVER have that much to lose again. I now have 30# to lose and intend on doing it by mid April. To lose 75# I cut as much sugar and fat from my diet as possible while still feeding 4 teenagers and walking up to 5 miles/day. This should be easier now the kids are grown & gone!

I didn't count on working two part-time jobs. Just could NOT be on my feet any more by end of the day. I now have a Schwinn ...

My Goals:
Drop 30# and get back into condition.

My Program:
Cut as much fat and sugar out of what I eat and control portion size. Workout and walk at least 4 days/week. I may be older, but I CAN be better!

Personal Information:
Am in the Thumb area of Michigan.

Other Information:
I have always been fairly active, but got out of the routine in 2011 and the weight just piled on. Time to stop it!
