Resparking...yet again...

In 2009 I joined sparkpeople and went on to lose 45 lbs. I kept all the healthy habits and drinking water regularly but have not managed to lose more than that. At some point I decided to try Myfitnesspal for the last two years and although it is a great website, I did not get the results that I expected so it was time for me to take a step back and analyze what it was helped me lose the weight initially and it was Sparkpeople. I know that the older you get the harder it is to lose weight, but I am on a mission to prove to myself that I can do this.
