Going to the gym and watching what I eat.

Personal Information:
I am 40 years old, married to my best friend. I have 3 children. My husband has been so supportive that he even goes to the gym with me. I want to be my past weight of 125.


Other Information:
I love watching NCIS, Friends, dancing with the stars, biggest loser and QVC. I also love dancing, shopping and reading, when I have time. My new activity is going to the gym.

Are your clothes starting to fit differently? You might be gaining muscle which weighs more. When I go to the gym alot I seem to go up in weight but my clothes start to fit differently. Right now I seem to have the waist area is getting looser but the upper legs are getting tighter. It's frustrating because I would love to move that tracker down a couple pegs but I guess as long as progress is being made I'll have to wait. Going to the gym is never going to hurt you, just make you healthier. Another thing is to look at your diet. Even though easier said than done, the ideal thing to do is to eat 6 small meals a day which consist of lean meats, veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Also, make sure to drink your 8 glasses of water a day. If you're doing all that work, it's going somewhere. Try to keep it up. If you are getting burnt out try just going 3 days/week or your 4-5 for less time. Or if you always do the same routine there, switch it up a bit. Maybe your body is just used to your workout routine. You'll see results eventually, don't give up. You're doing great! Hope this helped you.
