getting healthier

hi I'm a 52 year old man thats on aquest for fitness,and good health.
i've started this journey at 300lbs now i;m between 270 and 250 i go up one week then down the next.My goal weight is 220 and i'm trying very hard to get there,taking all suggestion to reach my goal by the summer.
