My Goals:
I have been off track for sometime now with my weight and a few other area in my life. With the new birth of my son brings a perfect time to make change. I am determined to move forward and to live my best life. With my loving wife by myside we will support each others growth and happieness in the areas that need change.

Personal Information:
I live in a very progressive and quaint town with my wonderful wife and three lovely children.
She and i are striving for a healthier life style. Together i feel we can do anything. So one would think losing weight would be a sinch.However, we have struggled at this due to so many life changes. Now we are focused and there is no stopping us.

Other Information:
Favorite books - The Red Tent, Green eggs and ham, Tipping the Velvet , 7 happits of highly effective people
Authors - Wayne Dyer, Steven Covey, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Dr.Phil or really anything that can motivate me for change.
