Slow and steady wins the race
Just when I was feeling hopeless about getting inspired to get healthy I found this wonderful site! It's like having someone by your side every day encouraging you to continue on. I'm 51 and have about 20 lbs to lose, but the real challenge for me is also being fit, something that I've never been able to accomplish consistently. I'm thrilled that I now have the coach that I need to succeed.

My Goals:
Pretty simple...feel and look better! I mainly want to do this for me because I just don't like the way that I've felt over the past couple of years. Doing nothing at my age will only get me where my mother was...diabetic with the problems that went along with it. Now is the time to do something about it.
My Program:
Wake up day to day and know that I have a new day to achieve all of my goals. This site is just a small part of being able to achieve them, but the routine that it's helping me with is priceless. To get more active and eat sensibly will give me the energy and the confidence I need to achieve all of my goals, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

My name is Nancy and I'm from a small town in PA. I have a young family for my age, two boys ages 16 and 14, as well as a wonderful husband. We'll be married 19 years this Oct and I can't imagine life without him!
