Learning to Balance

In the summer of 2010, I began a new phase in my life. I joined a gym for the first time in my life and worked with a personal trainer, 4 days a week. I made great progress and grew mentally and emotionally! Once school started back up, I got so busy with work and keeping up with my kids that after a month, I was rarely visiting the gym. After gaining back all of what I lost, I knew I could do better. I am now back to they gym, eating better, and learning to balance my life.

May I suggest you put "Fitness minutes" on your TICKER???
It is a challenge to see the marker move along at a good pace....and then it resets on the 1st of the next month! emoticon
