The Journey of a Busy Mom

I am a devoted wife and mother, who needs to get rid of a lot of weight. With the help of God, spark people & my friends, I am hoping to take this slow and steady race to the finish line.

I have already lost almost 30 pounds from my highest weight. I am hoping by trying to focus on what I am eating and trying to get started again on exercise, I can get that going again.

I hate exercising so that is a big problem area for me. And I love foods that aren't good for me ...

I hate exercising so that is a big problem area for me. And I love foods that aren't good for me - another problem area. But I am DETERMINED to make this happen!! I start off good for a few days, even a few weeks and then old habits set in again of 'too busy' so I just need to schedule it and make sure it happens!

CONSISTENCY is the word of the week!!

My Goals:
* To eat healthy and according to the plan I have in place
* To exercise at Curves 5-6 days a week
* To bike or do some other kind of cardio 6 days a week in addition to Curves.
* To log my foods & exercise daily, to stay accountable thru posting blogs at least once a week
* To stay accountable to my accountability partner

My Program:
I am currently trying to eat in the 40-30-30 block and I am doing Curves. In addition to that I am using SP to help me track my eating & workouts and keep me accountable.

Personal Information:
I am a busy momma with lots of children running around all the time, they keep me hopping and keep me busy!
