Getting Fit One Day at a Time!

2014: I lost 40 pounds from 2011-2012. In the past few years, I started a new career, had some tragic things happen in my personal life, and just got out of eating right and exercising. I had trouble getting motivated in 2013, but I am ready now!

I began my journey again on July 14. My beginning weight is 165. My goals for this year:
-Weight Goal: 115 by December 31
-Fitness Goals: Exercise at least 3-4 times a week, complete Couch to 5K, include strength training ...

-Nutrition Goals: Eat clean 90% of the time, eat at home at least 6 out 7 nights a week

thanks for the comment! can I ask what you eat when you said you eat high-fiber stuff? I eat at night too and it is really hard for me not to! Another thing to work on I guess :)

I just commented on your blog and now I just looked at your sparkpage and realized we have a lot in common - I am a 28 year old mom (4 year old son) and wife, I work part-time and go to school full-time (for just one more semester, thank goodness). Thought I'd say hi! It's nice to find someone who is in the same boat as me :) Don't be too hard on yourself, you look great in your picture!
