My Goals:
While balancing all of the responsibilities of motherhood, wifehood, and work, I want to be a healthy and fit for today and my future. I can be a role model and demonstrate for our children how important good nutrition and exercise are. I have to take good care of my body, it's the only one I've got.

My Program:
SparkPeople Bikini Body for strength training.
Cardio 3-5 days a week either running, walking, or a combination.
Yoga 3-5 days a week for 30-50 minutes.
Stretching after every cardio or strength training workout for 5-20 minutes.
