Hi I'm Bee! I am here to share my journey to lose 80 pounds.
I started struggling with my weight in college. Got up to 170 then dieted unhealthily and got down to my goal weight VERY fast...and then gained DOUBLE back because I hadn't made sustainable life changes. Now weighing in at a hefty 210 at 5'6.
I am currently 210 pounds and would ultimately like to be 130.
Here is my goal/reward schedule:
210- July 16, 2012
200- August 20, 2012 - Patio Furniture
190- September 24, 2012 - Manicure & Pedicure/Spray Tan
180- October 29, 2012 - Bed & Breakfast Trip
170- December 3, 2012 - Salon day (hair/makeup done)
160- January 7, 2013 - Tickets to a Musical
150- February 11, 2013 - Necklace
140- March 18, 2013 - Beach vacation/Girls trip
130- April 22, 2013 - SHOPPING SPREE! (For every 10 pounds I lose, I am going to put away $100 to use for new clothes- so $800 total)

I came to Spark once before but never got involved it in like I did when I joined 10 months ago. The secret, I think, is to really get involved with the community. Boy, can they keep you honest :) I'm happy to cheer you on this time around and know that you will make it through!
Just think of all you can achieve if quitting is not an option!
