Time to make it Happen

I have been talking and talking about losing weight for years. I grew up thin, then suddenly at 35 I was a few pounds overweight, then a few more..I read the books, talk about weightloss, join gyms, never go. I do nothing. Now its time to stp talking, start typing, and ACT!

i want to start exercising at least 3 days a week. i know it will make me feel better.

My Program:
get rid of some junk food eating, i am a junkfood junky! and get to the gym. that would be a great start!
