My Journey

I have struggled with my weight since the 4th grade. I have not made healthy choices for quite awhile. I have become overwhelmed with the amount of weight I need to lose and therefore do nothing. I had my physical for work yesterday and realized I need to make my health a priority. While I was in the waiting room, I came across this web site. I'm hoping this is the help I need.
