    You can do it! The battle is in our minds. Waiting until you're physically hungry before eating is a good place to start when you've gotten sidetracked. I'm attempting that now (as opposed to eating when the clock says its time to eat). One step at a time, one choice at a time, we can BOTH do this! Chin up! :)

    Hello. I have been doing fine, thank you for asking. I have been slacking a little but its my TOM. And I can't seem to get motivated to do much. I am even behind on homework. And because I am frustrated I have been just cleaning. Its my outlet, that and baking, so I decided to clean the entire upstairs and declutter, move stuff and such. LOL. I haven't lost any more weight, but I have been doing ok other then that.

    As far as slowing things down, I don't care and haven't had a "Slow down" issue, but I just wanted to let you know before you got "the email" LOL.

    I hope all is still going well with you. What program(s) are you doing?
