You can do it! The battle is in our minds. Waiting until you're physically hungry before eating is a good place to start when you've gotten sidetracked. Hello. I have been doing fine, thank you for asking. I have been slacking a little but its my TOM. And I can't seem to get motivated to do much. I am even behind on homework. And because I am frustrated I have been just cleaning. Its my outlet, that and baking, so I decided to clean the entire upstairs and declutter, move stuff and such. LOL. I haven't lost any more weight, but I have been doing ok other then that.
As far as slowing things down, I don't care and haven't had a "Slow down" issue, but I just wanted to let you know before you got "the email" LOL.
