Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Exercise: 30 minutes daily (with a rest day)

* Three 30 minute runs per week
* Pilates two times per week
* Strength training three times per week

Diet:
* Stay within calorie range.
* Increase daily fruit and veggies.
* Increase variety in type of veggies - 3 each week (starchy, orange, greens, beans and peas, and other) ...

The scale isn't unimportant, but I plan to focus more on becoming a better runner than losing weight this year.

Still love the scary shows and movies from my childhood (Are You Afraid of the Dark, Eerie Indiana, Hocus Pocus, Beetlejuice, etc.)

I watched Labyrinth entirely too much as a child.

Miss being able to afford comics. Batman: TAS on dvd will have to do for now.

emoticon for your comments on my blog! It's nice to know I'm not the only one who had scale issues recently. lol It sucks that we weigh more than we thought but at least we know it's not because we gained weight.

I'm not always as self aware of over exercising. I'm just glad I caught it before I injured myself like I have many times in the past.
