Back in my younger days, I played tennis, ran around and ate and drank w/o a care. When I started having fertility issues, I also started gaining weight. One day though I woke up to realize that that my actions had taken me to an unhealthy place. I want to be health again. I want to be (mostly) soda free. I want to walk up even just one flight of stairs w/o feeling winded. I want to play w/my kids more. I want my healthy life back!

In year 2017,I'm taking my life back, one day at a time. I'm going to start exercising again and trying to eat more healthy, and especially drink more water. I would love for my children to see that people can turn around and that healthy living is thousands times better than not.

I've read these quotes below and wanted them on my own page:

Fitness Minutes: 15,074

My Goals:
I want to run a 5k w/o walking part of it.

I'd like to have less cushion.

I want to be active with my son and daughter and teach them that incorporating fitness and activity as well as eating a nutritional diet in your own life is a must.

I want my sweet babies to think of the word diet not as a weight loss plan but as the way you eat.

I WILL cut sodas out.

My Program:
Forget about yesterday, walk and do core strengthing today. Eventually, I want to jog regularly again because I actually enjoy it the last time. So I'm going to enter in a couple of running events this year. On top of that since water is the only thing that doesn't make me want to gag after any kind of work out, I will eventually cut sodas out of my daily diet.

    emoticon Just give it time, it will. I've found sometimes when weight is not coming off, it's because my monthly cycle is about to begin.
    Just eat right and you will see results. You are losing weight, even if the scale is not showing it.

    Funny that you say that. I began to think the same thing in the past week or two. I never really did apply myself to the SP principles, all sound as far as I can tell.

    Yes, I am loving the weather here in TX lately. I miss the rain so much, from when living in Seattle, so I really like to see it here in TX. But now it's starting to get to hot... Yuck! LOL But A/C is a life saver. emoticon
