Something Clever
There. I wrote "something clever" on my blog. I'm fat. I like to eat. I don't like to exercise. I know what to do to lose weight. I just haven't been able to make myself do it. I'm going to stop making excuses and do it this time. That's it.

My Goals:
I have micro goals because I am notorious for jumping in and trying to change too much at once and FAILING. So, I'm trying to focus first on drinking enough water each day and exercising 10 minutes a day, five days a week. We'll go from there.

Micro goal: 214 227 met 1/29/10 219 met 3/3/10 BMI = started at 41.2 currently 38.9 Measurements: Inches lost from Jan. 1, 2010 to today Waist - 1.5 inch Hips - 2 inches Neck - .5 inch Bust - 2 inches Stomach - 2.5 inches Calf - .5 inch Thigh - 1.5 inches Arm - 0 inches This Week's Loss - 1 inch Total - 10.50 inches

Arkansan, 42 year old mother of three little ones (son and twin daughters), recently remarried, and a 5th/6th grade teacher.
Other Information:
I like to travel, read books when I have the time (which is almost never), watch the History Channel, scrapbook, cook, and root around flea markets, thrift stores and yard sales!
