My Goals:
Goal #1: lose weight. I'd like to reach 144-150 lbs. Only 50 to go!

Goal #2: be fit. I'd like to have energy and stamina to get things done besides reading and watching TV, or...computer time...heh.

My Program:
Eating whole, vegan, ala Dr. John McDougall. I also want to re-introduce myself to the idea of mindful eating, and listening to my body.
Fitness Goal: Workout six mornings a week w/isometrics and calisthenics + a good walk.

Mom of four; gramma of two

46 years of age. Born on Christmas Day, 1960. My RealAge is about 42, though. And, once all my fat is gone, I'll be even younger!

Heidi you are so dead on right about your comment you left on my blog about the benefits of taking it slow. Taking it slow this last year has helped me keep to maintaining even when I wasn't "officially" watching my food. It has helped me keep the new habits because they have become second nature due to every day reinforcement over the long haul.

BTW has that ticker moved? I would have sworn you weren't that close to the end! Wow you are almost there! CHEERING!!
