I am here to embrace a more active and healthy lifestyle - weight loss is a secondary goal that should come naturally. I am 26, five-foot-five, and my starting weight is somewhere in the neighborhood of 265 (for me that's a top size 18 and a skirt size 24 - eek!) I have never ever ever been skinny in my life, and am not ENTIRELY sure that I would want to be. But I would love to be able to dance around and hike and climb trees and generally frolic without gasping for air or injuring ...

My Goals:
NOW: - Re-introduce veggies to my diet! 3 servings of vegetables per day is my goal. - Active activities! Substitute things like going for a walk in the park instead of more sedentary activities such as going to see a movie.
My Program:
- Gym 3+ days per week: 60 mins elliptical for cardio & a little weight lifting now and then - 1600-1800 cals per day - 8 glasses of water!
