Hi everyone!
I am a stay at home mother of two. I never exercise. I make sure my kids eat a good balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables but I don't practice what I preach. Once the kids are in bed, I will enjoy cookies and milk. I eat small portions and as a result these bad habits have led me to be 15 or so pounds heavier than I should be. I know if I don't change soon 15lbs will become 20, 30...and so on.

Whew! It has been one month! We've had Valentines Day, Girl Scout Cookies and two of my kids' birthdays. There has been so many treats around this house. I have stayed in my range the whole time and allowed myself a couple small things at my children's birthday parties. I haven't had a coke the whole time! I have lost 6 pounds.
