Hello! Sparkpeople is a great place to meet your goals! I'm going to be 25 in May and i quit smoking 1 year ago. I lost over 30 pounds using Sparkpeople in the past after breaking my knee! Now I'm trying to lose the baby weight from my 6-month-old. I was 190 after i had him, because i was on bed-rest from 5 months on because i fell down a set of stairs. I had to wait 10 weeks postpartum to start physical therapy, then had to do 3 months of physical therapy and wasn't allowed to do anything else during that time. Thanks for your comment on my blog. You say that you have a long way to go, but never look at is as a long way off. You can do this, but you need to take one step (one day) at a time. Just put your mind to it, don't waver and you will be there before you know it. YOU are your own best motivator.
