This will encourage me to stay focused and eat healthy and drop the accumulated fat over the last couple of year of being a care taker. Its me time and I just want to feel normal and well again. Now is that too much to ask... BTW what is normal??
I want to put on my own socks.... to get up off the floor with out help of strong funiture, to do away with sleep apnea, arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Thanks for leaving a comment on my page and reading my blog. It's not always easy to live a healthy lifestyle, especially in our modern culture. But I just started easy and took it a little but at a time. When I started exercising, 10-15 minutes would wear me out. Now I do 60-90 minutes a day and feel energized! Hang in there-
