    Thanks for the Spark Goodie. I've added you as a friend, if that's OK. I don't do anything special. I make my own menus. I am cooking for the whole family so I eat what they eat just less of it. I religiously use my Nutritional Tracker and try to exercise most days. I have Fibromyalgia (and I'm 54) so I can't exercise as much as some people so I just do what I can do and try to do it most days. The key is to keep moving and to count everything that goes in. It's working slowly but surely. It looks like you're making progress too.
