To be under 130 by December 31st. DONE! YAY!
Mid range - to get back to 120-ish by spring, (and fit in my O'neil shorts again)! DONE! YAY!
Currently - Long Range - tone up and keep the weight off. Stay around 110 -120, ideally 115. Be able to run a consistent 10 minute mile. (Currently 10min 40sec miles, but hey, I am getting there!!! 5/1/08 ~ 10 min 7/30/08!!! W00T! I did it!!)
Lifetime Goal - To never, EVER, see 175 on a scale again!!
Eat better. More fruits and veggies. Stay under 1800 calories each day. 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week.

Hola! Yeah, still sorta floating around. Just got over the second injury that had me out for the summer and am back in the gym trying desperately to get my strength and endurance back. Joined a better equipped gym that's closer, has more classes, and another friend belongs to so I actually have a workout buddy so I'm actually going twice a week now. And somehow I always seem to be uber busy... Sadly, this makes me absent on Spark. =/ What's new these days with you? Anything exciting happen over the summer or this fall so far? Ooooh, whatcha going to be for Halloween?! =)
