My story!

Hi! I'm Ashley from WI. I never really had a problem with weight until i blew out my knee in high school. I used to play basketball everyday and when that happened I just lost myself. I have been battling weight loss and gain for too many years now. It is time to change and maintain what i lose!

My Program:
I track my calories and activity in a notepad.

I do at least 30 mintues of activity 3-5 days a week

Eat at least 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies a day

That's good to hear! I treated myself to just one treat tonight at the end of a church activity. I did my jog earlier that day and also did a far amount of walking around to and from places. I think I deserved it ; ) It's nice to feel that food doesn't control me the way it used to. I seriously had to eat everything that was placed in front of me, until it was gone. Now I put things away for later, because I really know the nutritional value. It's so crazy to think about how much I was really consuming before!

Hey! My week is going pretty so far. I feel good! Tired and a bit sore at times, but good! How has your week been going? Any struggles? Today I was out and about and I was reminded of all of the yummy foods that are out there, because I kept getting a waft of their tasty aromas. Such a tease. emoticon
