On My Way To A Better Life
Hi, I'm 28 years old and very overweight. I've tried many diets and none of them worked. I'm looking for something to help me change my life and I believe this website will help me greatly. I've been overweight almost all my life and have been ridiculed and criticized because of my weight. I'm hoping that with the use of this website, I'll be able to break my really bad habits, be healthier, lose weight, and gain back the confidence that left me years ago.

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose about 100lbs. My overall goals are to change my entire lifestyle by eating right and sticking to an exercise program and a weight of 150 lbs. or less.
My Program:
I am trying to do some cardio 6-7 days per week and strength training 3-4 days per week. I'm drinking a lot of water and eating much healthier. I'm trying to keep my calorie intake under 1700.
