Busy Mom - Better Habits

I am a 30-something mom of 2 boys - I live a very busy life and I am trying to learn how to work in exercise and not rely on convenience foods! My goal weight is what I weighed before I got pregnant with my second child. Once I hit that weight, I might try for the pre-kids number!!

Welcome to the Two-Week Challenge! I have two boys, too, and I just hit a goal weight of what I weighed before the FIRST kid! Well, actually, both of them, since I weighed about the same around the time I got pregnant with both. But it feels better to go back farther!
