Progress, not perfection.
I was super skinny in my youth, and constantly made fun of for it (can you imagine?). Everyone worried that I was anorexic, but I never thought about what I ate. With my mom cooking, it was usually healthy stuff anyway, though I could put away some junk food. Then in college and at my first job after graduation, I've added on some unnecessary pounds and am just generally feel bad and unhealthy. I'd like to lose some fat, tone up and really be in shape for the first time in my life. To be healthy, fit and happy with myself. If some people can lose 100 lbs, I can lose 20. Also one day, married or not, single or not, I would like to have a baby and I intend to be fit and healthy before, during, and after my pregnancy. So if I'd do that for a baby later, why not for me now? P.S. I stole my title from LOVEBUZZED, but its what I need to keep reminding myself. Thanks!

My Program:
I'm going to make better food choices (staying in my calorie range) and try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Once I build up my confidence, I'd like to try and work out. I've done it before, but have been unable to keep going for longer than a month. Once I stop going for a few days, I inevitably stop going all together.
Personal Information:
I'm a single 24 year old who loves my job, my friends, and my family. I really want to be in the best shape of my life by my 25th birthday, this summer. I was fairly active in high school and college (marching band) but since I've graduated, my activity level has dropped and the pounds have packed on. I have a really small frame and all my weight ends up on my belly and hips, leaving my arms and legs skinny. So off with the pounds and on to a proportional new me!
Other Information:
I love going to hockey games, reading, watching movies, crocheting, taking pictures, and spending time with friends and family. Unfortunately, time with others typically includes dinner out and usually dessert. Thus, the added weight. No more! I'm going to enjoy the company and not be so concentrated on the food.
