I'm sorry yours have stalled. The bright side is they aren't going up. I'm sure you are seeing other results though. , right? Lol, that is what I'm trying to do. Keep pushing through.
On a semi-related note, I have gone through my cabinets, got my sandwich baggies and my food scale and measured out the portions. It is great because I can plan out my meals and grab snacks for on the go. No more watching people eat while I twiddle my thumbs. Thank you, since you were the inspired person who gave me the idea.
Also, thank you for being my buddy, about now I would have fallen back into my old routine of mindless snacking, or fad dieting, but knowing someone out there is supporting me and is on a journey just like mine helps me keep to it. Your positive attitude has influenced mine. I'm not usually a can do person, but lately I've been feeling like I can do anything. That feeling has a lot to do with you.
