LIVIN RIGHT AND LOVIN LIFE
Hi! My name is Karen. I am a 36 year old "hot mama" (that is what my hubby calls me!) of 2 boys. (ages 3 and 6) I have been married to the same handsome and wonderful man for the past 7 years. I need to lose 15 lbs. to be at the doctor recommended weight. I love to read, sing, and play games.

My Goals:
My goal is to be stronger and healthier for my boys. To set a good example for them so that they aren't obsessed with their weight and hopefully they will love themselves for who they are.
My Program:
I try very hard to use my food and fitness trackers during the week. No weekend tracking for this girl. I excercise an hour a day, at least 5 times a week.
Personal Information:
I am from a small town called Bedford. It is located in Indiana. I was born in Cincinnati. So, being in a small country town was really hard for me at first. But I have grown accustomed and definately would not move back to the city. I love my small hick town!
Other Information:
I love to read books and magazines. I collect angels. I am very involved with my church and seek the Lord's wisdom before all else. I also like to decoupage and cook. Even though I rarely have time for these things. My favorite place to shop is Walmart!
