My Goals:
~ Exercise 4+ times each week.
~ Track my nutrition 5+ days each week.
~ Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
~ Lose a few pounds and then maintain weight.

My Program:
I joined a fitness studio just over 4 years ago and got sucked in to group fitness. I taught BODYFLOW for 2 years and loved it! Not currently teaching group fitness classes, but I miss it!

I've been in grad school (40+ hours/week) while working part-time. My current fitness routine isn't too regular, but I try to squeeze in small habits throughout my day and focus on whole foods, lots of vegetables, quality protein, and healthy fats.

Love group fitness and taking advantage of precious Minnesota summers!

I noticed your blog about sweet potato fries...yummy! One of my favorites. I also ruff cut sweet potatoes, carrots, & parsnips~ toss in olive oil, roast 425 for approx 30 min. quite good!

Hi Bethany !
I saw your post on the MN board. From your workouts I can tell you work out at a YMCA. Which ones do you go to? I go to the Ridgedale & Southdale and I love all the "body" classes!
