I'm Back...and ready for action!

With some help from a REAL inspirational friend and SparkPeople member, I have decided that I am actually going to have to “work” at losing weight. That my weight loss isn’t just going to come off with hope, praying, or a magic pill. I joke that I have always been “consistent at being inconsistent”. So, I am creating this page as a motivational tool to stay active and make CONSCIENCE food choices.

-I love snacking and CHOCOLATE!!!
-Going to the gym is the biggest battle for me. Once I am there I am fine but it is that mental hurdle of...."the gym" that makes me not want to go.
-I love Halloween and anything scary!
-I love people! So... let's be friends!

Hi, thanks for stopping by my page! As for my strength training program, I followed a butt blaster workout from oxygen and my own that I made up. I changed up my routine every week. I didn't really follow "a specific program." I worked on parts of my body first that I knew needed improvement. Then I did all over body workouts targeting the rest of my muscles. Hope that helps! I know it sounds sorta vague, but I didn't actually follow a plan per se....
