The planner is becoming a favorite tool for me. I didn't realize you could put your own food in either. Under the date there is a tiny drop down menu that says "Tracker Options". Just click on "Don't Show Meal Plans". Ta da! There is a blank page. If you regularly have the same meal, it is really easy to copy it from day to day. Just click on "Copy foods" and a little calendar pops up. Choose the date and the meal and you're all set. My only grievance is that you can only do a week at a time. I'd prefer to do a month. I'm no expert, but if you have questions just ask.
