Welcome!

Just trying to get healthy for me and my family. I always build up to start eating right and getting back to healthy and it fades away fast. I was successful a few years back and VERY happy where I got to. I feel in love and while building a new home, I gained a few extra pounds. I am now a grandmother and will be 40 soon and I feel so frumpy and out of shape! I am hoping this time I can get back to the place that I was happy and felt good about myself.

Thank you for your comment on my picture. I love ancient ruins and have visited a number of them--it's an incredible experience to visit them.

The planner is becoming a favorite tool for me. I didn't realize you could put your own food in either. Under the date there is a tiny drop down menu that says "Tracker Options". Just click on "Don't Show Meal Plans". Ta da! There is a blank page. If you regularly have the same meal, it is really easy to copy it from day to day. Just click on "Copy foods" and a little calendar pops up. Choose the date and the meal and you're all set. My only grievance is that you can only do a week at a time. I'd prefer to do a month. I'm no expert, but if you have questions just ask. emoticon
