Hello all, I started my weight loss journey 6 years ago, and haven't turned back. I reached my weight loss goal about 3 years losing a total of 70 lbs and completely transformed my body. I am now fighting the battle of maintaining my weight. Looking back, for me the hardest part wasn't and isn't losing the weight, it's keeping it off and challenging myself to move forward. With the help of my husband, my three beautiful children and my awesome friends, I embrace the future and what it holds. I WILL never go back to that lazy unfit person again!

My name is Jamie, I'm from a small town in Western, NY. I can't complain much about my life. I have a wonderful husband and THREE beautiful kids! I successfully lost over 75 lbs in 2 years, and now my focus is staying active and challenging myself to do things or things I didn't' think I could do!
I'm a total latte junkie! I really have been trying hard to limit myself to one a day! It is the one thing I will NOT give up!

So this week he has done really well.... I hate to admit it, but I think my being a horribly mean person and telling him his behavior is disgusting has had an impact. He has only been taking his lunch (not always the best foods, like he did have pizza on Wednesday, but still it was not a 1/4 of a pizza it was 2 slices of pan pizza) and he hasn't been buying crapola. We have been having dinner like normal people and that's it at home... and he is increasing his water intake and his veggies.

Bahahahaha, yeah those step ups were awesome!!! I did it with Rebecca and after 15 minutes Sean goes , "Geez I don't hear any complaining back there, must be it's not hard enough".... to which I had to answer that I couldn't talk much less gripe! LOL Oh and then there were the bears.... super awesome!
