Hello all, I started my weight loss journey 6 years ago, and haven't turned back. I reached my weight loss goal about 3 years losing a total of 70 lbs and completely transformed my body. I am now fighting the battle of maintaining my weight. Looking back, for me the hardest part wasn't and isn't losing the weight, it's keeping it off and challenging myself to move forward. With the help of my husband, my three beautiful children and my awesome friends, I embrace the future and what it holds. I WILL never go back to that lazy unfit person again!

Become a certified personal trainer and spin instructor. - so so close, I am a certified spinning instructor!!

2 PT, 3 cardio and a lot of running!!

Make good food choices aka eat to nourish! I put my body through a lot of stress and it needs to be feed the 'right' stuff!

My name is Jamie, I'm from a small town in Western, NY. I can't complain much about my life. I have a wonderful husband and THREE beautiful kids! I successfully lost over 75 lbs in 2 years, and now my focus is staying active and challenging myself to do things or things I didn't' think I could do!

I'm a total latte junkie! I really have been trying hard to limit myself to one a day! It is the one thing I will NOT give up!

    I got the FitBit Flex for Christmas. So far I like it a lot! Except being back on here and using that, I end up tracking my food there, then at the end of the day transferring the info over to here.

    Excited to get back to where I need to be!

    Yes, back at it! I haven't had any races to train for lately and I've totally slacked off. Pshh! Business as usual. I'm hoping with the fact that I will be on a beach this summer I will stick to it a lil better.

    I have not gotten a HRM yet.. I want to and will soon. Just have a few priorities ahead of that. I am doing ok this week. Last week was awful. I am doing what you told me to do every morning and any time I get a urge to eat poorly. I am struggling with the fact that my workouts will not be what they normally are for a week this week. I was able to run outside yesterday and can again tomorrow morning. Besides that I have not been home(doctors, work, school stuff) or in a position to get to the gym or even outside. My plan is to just do small things to get me though this week. Next week is back to a normal workout schedule and I can't wait for that. I have up'd my breakfast and am drinking LOTS of H2O! thanks again Jamie, It's nice to have someone believing in me! My hubby does, but he has to lol.
