Welcome to my SparkPage!

I have been a member of SparkPeople since September 2nd, 2008. I have come a long way with a few frustrating ups & downs however by logging my nutrition daily I have been able to continually stay on top of my weight loss.

I currently weigh 142.6 pounds (3/7/2013) which I am happy with however I would like to lose 3 - 8 more pounds. My body seems to be at a plateau but I will continue to track my macronutrients daily & improve upon my fitness ...

I have been a member of SparkPeople since September 2nd, 2008. I have come a long way with a few frustrating ups & downs however by logging my nutrition daily I have been able to continually stay on top of my weight loss.

I currently weigh 142.6 pounds (3/7/2013) which I am happy with however I would like to lose 3 - 8 more pounds. My body seems to be at a plateau but I will continue to track my macronutrients daily & improve upon my fitness regimen. I am more focused on lowering my body fat percentage opposed to seeing a smaller number on the scale. As of March 2013 I am at 23.4% body fat. I am hoping to get back into the teens within the next month.

As of June 29th, 2011 I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer! I love what I do everyday.

Side Note: I realize I am in serious need of updating my photos which are now 5 years old!

My Goals:
Reach my goal weight of 135 lbs.
Track my macronutrients everyday on Sparkpeople.
Aim to drink at least 8 cups of water per day.

My Program:
3-5 days of cardio per week, between 15 -45 minutes.
