Spark is starting to flame!
I'm jogging/walking, doing Zumba (joined a class which is awesome!) and the occasional Nike workout. Did a 2 1/2 hour Zumbathon yesterday and shook the day away. It was AWESOME. I'm exhausted today but still want to move my body. It's finally caught on and I'm addicted to movement! Exercise isn't the problem, eating healthy is. I'm exhausted today but still want to move my body. It's finally caught on and I'm addicted to movement! Exercise isn't the problem, eating healthy is. I just can't seem to get myself to eat enough veggies. I quit smoking over 2 weeks ago which is a really tough thing. Way harder than I expected but I think the hardest part is over and now I just have to keep away from those nasty ick sticks! Quitting has made me take stock of my life and see how much time I spend alone, which is rough in itself. So I need all the good vibes I can get right now. I need to be writing the sequel to my book "In Your Eyes" (available on Amazon!) but I'm really having a hard time being motivated to write (for the past 4+ months!) I CAN WRITE just like I CAN DANCE! Gotta breathe and stay positive! I know I can do it, just like I know I can quit smoking. Just takes time and a little pain.
