I do cardio 5-7 times a week. My cardio is a HIIT session, which is a walk/run over 3.17 miles within less than 42 min. I'm getting faster each time and building endurance. For strength training I vary the different exercises for upper, lower and core that SP has in their database. The most effective for abs are bicycle crunches, long arm crunches (hands straight above your head as you crunch), straight leg raises, toe touches (legs straight above and reach toward the feet), curl ups, crunches on exercises ball or any type of resistance type core exercise.
I eat clean, I do not eat refined white sugar or white flour or white rice. I eat 100% whole grains, fruits and veggies and avoid processed foods as much as possible.
