Fourth time's a charm

First time: Joined Sparkpeople in March 2006. I lost 15lbs and then about 6 weeks later I quit.

Second time: Came back in September 2006 and between Sept 06 and Sept 07 I went from 207 to 135 pounds. I also ran a half marathon. Then I left when we moved to TN and started gaining weight almost immediately.

Third time: Came back after getting over my first marathon in February 2008 and started to lose weight, however shortly thereafter I found out I was pregnant ...

This time: I am determined. I have got to find a way to make this a part of my lifestyle for good. I don't fully expect to get down to my ultimate goal weight immediately. Sure I put a date in there in order to calculate my daily calories, etc, however I just want to lose as much as I can before we start to try to have baby #2. I also want to get a streak going so that with my second pregnancy I am more active and healthy than I was with my first.

My Goals:
- Obtain a healthy BMI
- Get back into the great shape I was in when I ran my half marathon in September 2007.
-To lose as much weight as possible before we try for baby #2.

My Program:
Nutrition - stay within my daily ranges for calories, carbs, fat, protein, and fiber.

Fitness - I want to get back into running consistently so I'm modifying the C25K program
