What will you regret if you don’t take care of your health and weight today?

It is what you learn along the way so that you are constantly improving and growing.
Learning is the beginning of wealth.
Learning is the beginning of health.
Learning is the beginning of spirituality.
Searching and learning is where the miracle process all begins.

First read books.
Second is to learn from successful people by observation.
Third is to constantly reflect on your own experiences and learn what went right and what went wrong.

To rely on our talents is a cause of great loss. When someone places confidence in his own prudence, knowledge, and intelligence, God, To make him know and see his insufficiency, withdraws from him His help and leaves him to work by himself. This is often why our undertakings miserably fail.

My Lifetime Goals
Feel good about who I am.
Be filled with a deep sense of purpose.

My goals for 2011
*Spiritual - relating to the soul or spirit – become a lector
*Physical - relating to the body – achieve my body composition goal (170 lbs or 14 PBF)
*Social - allowing people to meet and interact with others in a friendly way – grow the Fired Up Catholics team
*Mental - relating to the mind, intellectual – compile information for writing annual news letter
*Personal - relating to the parts of somebody's life, conscious and individual – live organized

Daily (or so) goals for March:
Spiritual - relating to the soul or spirit – Do and log at least two Spiritual Tasks for the ‘Fired Up Catholics!’ team.
Physical - relating to the body – Do and log the required training for the ‘5K Your Way Walking Program’ team.
Social - allowing people to meet and interact with others in a friendly way – interact with the below teams.
Mental - relating to the mind, intellectual – write a Blog five times a week.
Personal - relating to the parts of somebody's life, conscious and individual – Organize 15 minutes a day.

Reactions to the notion of change range from uncertainty and doubt, to blinding fear. But change is essential, as it is the only way for growth and improvement to occur. As Albert Einstein observed, “The significant problems we face cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them.” Although not all change is improvement, without change there can simply be no improvement. It is only by going outside your comfort zone that you can achieve significant breakthroughs in your life. Create an action plan for the opportunities in your life. Be patient. The process of change happens slowly and subtly over time. This sometimes presents a challenge for those of us who are used to instant results. Recognize, though, that change consists of a series of small steps, each of which moves you closer to your desired outcome.

Sorry its been so long since I last visited, but wanted to wish you a lovely May and hope life is treating you kindly.

My muscles are certainly toning with the zumba but the weight loss is a bit slow. Wanting more results......... seriously considering a starvation diet!!!

Need to reconsider my workload again, find it hard to say no to clients but need more time for me............ so we'll see what the next couple of months bring.
